Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) for contracts concerning the supply of goods:

that are not prefabricated,
-
for the production of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or
-
that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The LED signs offered by NeonFrame are individually manufactured according to customer specifications (e.g., text, design, color, size) and are tailored to the personal needs of the respective customer.
Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal.
