Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks after order confirmation.

Once production is complete and your neon sign has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment.
The neon signs come with protective corners to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. The neon signs are wrapped in bubble wrap, and the external accessories—such as mounting hardware, adapters, dimmers, and controllers - are packed in a sturdy cardboard box.
No additional import fees apply within the EU. VAT is already included in the price.

For shipments from non-EU countries, import taxes and, if applicable, customs duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient and depend on the value of the goods and the destination country.

Yes! Our LED signs are energy-efficient, long-lasting, and don’t get hot like traditional neon tubes. They’re safe for use in homes, at events, and more.
Yes, you can choose between indoor and outdoor installation during setup. Our outdoor models have an IP65 rating.
No, since the neon signs - including all accessories - are delivered ready to use and are mounted on an acrylic backplate, no technical knowledge is required. The backplate itself is already equipped with mounting points.
Since these are custom-made items, personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. However, if there is any damage or defect, we will of course find a quick solution.
Yes, our indoor LED neon signs come with a 2-year warranty. Our outdoor neon signs come with a 1-year warranty.
